OneGetUP (“OneGetUP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit onegetup.com, request information, submit a project inquiry, use our ecommerce features, or interact with our services.

  • Payment information: payments may be processed by WooPayments, Stripe, or other providers. OneGetUP does not need to receive or store your full payment card number; payment providers process that information under their own policies.
  • Technical and usage information: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, access date and time, referring URL, server logs, security events, and similar information.
  • Cookies and preferences: session identifiers, preferences, cart contents, and website measurement data.
  • Consent and request records: your consent choices, preferences, and privacy-rights requests.

We do not request sensitive personal information—such as biometric data, health information, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, citizenship, precise geolocation, or information about children—through our general forms. Please do not include such information in a project message unless it is strictly necessary and we have agreed on an appropriate secure method.

  • Ecommerce and payment providers: WooCommerce, WooPayments, Stripe, and providers involved in transactions, payment processing, and fraud prevention—including Sift when applicable.
  • Google and analytics services: measurement, performance, tag-management, and search services when enabled.
  • Email and communications providers: email, SMTP, form, and customer-support providers.
  • Technical and professional providers: developers, security professionals, accountants, legal advisers, and other providers subject to appropriate obligations.
  • Authorities and protection of rights: when required by law or reasonably necessary to prevent harm, fraud, or abuse, or to protect legal rights.
  • Corporate transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or asset transfer, subject to applicable protections.

We do not authorize providers to use information for unrelated purposes, except as allowed under their own policies and applicable law.

Describe the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant record. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity; we will not require you to create a new account.

Where Texas law applies, we will respond without undue delay and generally within 45 days. If a lawful extension is needed, we will notify you. If we deny a request, we will explain the reason and the appeal process.

To appeal a decision, email contacto@onegetup.com with the subject “Privacy Appeal.”We will respond under applicable deadlines. If an appeal is denied, Texas residents may submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General at https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/consumer-protection/file-consumer-complaint/consumer-privacy-rights.

9. Children’s Privacy

The website and our general services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact us to request deletion.
